From a young age, Ramon C. Figueroa knew he wanted a career in public service.  During his 15-year career, he proudly served with honor and distinction in the Porterville Fire Department and the Lindsay Fire Department.  His many roles included Fire Arson Investigator, Fire Academy Instructor and Test Proctor.  Ramon loved nothing more than to spend time with his family, enjoying his hobbies of fishing, hunting, wood crafting and being in the outdoors.  Ramon passed away from injuries related to fighting the Porterville Library fire in February, 2020.
