Jimmie Hill, also affectionately known as "Mr. Clean" around the fire station, passed away on January 21, 2005. Although he succumbed to a lengthy occupational heart related illness, he always kept his work gear by the door at his home ready to return to work one day. Brother Hill is survived by his mother Barbara and four sons Steven, Scott, Sheldon and Shawn. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and coaching little league baseball and basketball, and was a known mentor not only to his sons, but to many others at the department.
