William “Bill” Lobsitz was born to be a firefighter and was passionate about his career. He quickly rose through the ranks from Firefighter to Engineer, and then Fire Captain, finishing his career in the training division. Bill enjoyed his life to the fullest and was a loving husband and father. Bill succumbed to a job-related illness in February 2021.
