Jorge Loera had a passion for helping others and was proud of his fire service career. He began his career in 2004 as a firefighter and rose through the ranks to become a Fire Apparatus Engineer. He was an example of honor and service to the communities he served during his 16-year career. Outside of his work, Jorge enjoyed spending time with his family. He passed away from a job-related illness in December 2020.
