William "Bill" Clayton Macauley was a 4th generation firefighter who proudly served the citizens of Bakersfield for 26 years. Bill was a member of the Pipes and Drums of California Professional Firefighters and played on the day the Memorial Wall was dedicated. Bill passed away from a job-related illness in May 2018.
