Cecil Morris was a proud and much-admired firefighter in Los Angeles for over three decades. “CEMO” joined the fire service in 1987, rising to the rank of captain II and serving at several stations throughout the city, the last of which was Fire Station 75. Only a few months after a hard-earned retirement, Cecil was diagnosed with job-related brain cancer, which claimed his life in April of 2018.
