John Mosher, known by his friends as "Johnny Cakes," died at his home in Hollywood, Maryland on December 13, 2011. John loved being a fireman and loved his country. He was part of a group of Los Angeles County firefighters who went to New York after the 9/11 attack to aid the victims and help the families of the fallen N Y FD firefighters. He was also a volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation and always enjoyed helping others.
