Known for his ever-giving heart and dedication to the fire service, Michael "Pinky" Pizinger served as a role model to so many. He dedicated years to serving his community, through both his for the Los Angeles City Fire Department and the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. He was a counselor to teens, young adults, and their respective parents to show them how to turn their lives around. The impact of his work is still evident today. Michael unexpectedly passed away due to a scuba diving accident in Shaw's Cove.
