Matthew M. ‘Bear’ Rominger was a dedicated public servant. He worked as a police officer, firefighter and paramedic in a career that spanned over three decades. Matthew was a member of multiple departments, special teams and responded to thousands of calls throughout his service. Outside of work, he coached youth basketball and invested heavily into his family through football, soccer, hockey, and many other sports. He passed away in May 2021 from job-related COVID-19 complications. Matthew is survived by his wife and four children.
