Stephen E. Silvestrich knew from a young age that he wanted a career in the fire service. He had a strong desire to serve his community and embrace the thrills and challenges of the profession. Stephen served the residents of San Francisco with honor and distinction for 22 years. He had a wide range of personal interests and hobbies, with some of his favorites being fishing, cooking, working on home projects, participating in his kids' activities, and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife Kristen, and their children Ethan, Ella, Aidan, and Abigail.
