David Spink was passionate about his career and proudly served the citizens of Barstow for over 20 years. David had numerous hobbies and outside interests including gardening, the outdoors, scuba diving and sky diving, he also loved spending time with his family. David succumbed to injuries from a job-related accident in January 2022.
